ACCOUNT CLOSED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I visited Jet store in Waterfall mall Rustenburg on the 8th of March 2020 to check how much my balance was because I wanted to settle my arrears amount. I was informed that in fact I had paid more into the account with an additional R600 that was available for use immediately. I then insisted on paying an additional R1000 to increase my buying limit which I swiped with my bank card. I then went to Edgars to spend my limit there, however to my surprise I was informed that my account was closed and I was turned away. I went back to Jet to find out what had happened and I was assisted by a different consultant who informed me that the account indeed was closed but did not provide me reasons as to why it was closed and who sent the request for closure. The lady told me to go print out my 3 months bank statement which I submitted together with my ID copy. A couple of weeks later I received a call from one of the consultants from Jet store in Waterfall mall to request for an Affidavit from me but did not specify why I had to get affidavit nor the type of information that was requested from me. I'm not happy with their service because the account was closed without my consent nor prior notice and now I have to run around looking for affidavits
