Account closed with no notification

Please can a manager from the accounts department contact me. I have been dealing with the accounts department via email with no luck. Jet closed my account, for no reason, after being a loyal client for 20 years. My account has never been in arrears, and it is the first time in my life someone closes an account without notifying the client, because it wasnt bee used, and they didnt owe the company any money. Now I have to re apply for an account, after being a loyal and trustworthy client? Please can someone contact me RE the above?
