account closed but ITC still shows i am owing JET

i am so angry and devastated by jet misconduct when it comes to people's accounts,i have closed my account feb 2015,however its still showing active on my ITC,i called jet and they tell me its going to take 30 days and why 30 days because its not my fault that they are not doing their job,i am stucked now,i cant apply for better loan facility because the instalment is showing as if i am still paying them,i have trying several times and i have been declined because of jet...i want my ITC to be update as soon as possible,by next week i want it updated,and i know it can be done because 30 days is far for something that i didnt do...i call everyday and they tell me same story.i close trueworths and ITC updated immediately...I want Jet to get ITC to update my profile before 15th Aug 2015.
