5 year old near dead experience due to poisonous/dangerous sweets ingested from a gun toy canister bought for hear within a minute or two of ingestion

on the 13 February 2019 I went to JST Rustenburg in town to buy staff for my 2nd grandson who was just delivered on the 12th, and was in ICU. I was with my 1st grandson who was bubbly, helping me pick up staff for her brother and pushing the trolley. HE saw a water gun you filled with bluish/ turquoise and white star shape sweets inside the gun canister. i was at the cashier unloading staff when he opened the canister to eat sweets before payment and I asked the attending cashier if those are sweets and if they are eaten and she affirmed by saying most parents are buying those for the kids and they eat them so he should go ahead and eat them as they were not poisonous or dangerous, she scanned them and my grandson started to eat them. whilst I was busy with the cashier, my grandson after just less than a minute or two of eating those sweets started acting strange. She told me her Tommy was sore, he was flushing f4om the face, started being weak on his knees and asked me to pick him up and asked as I can take her to the car to sleep, he is 5 turning six in August. i could see something was very wrong with him, started vomiting bluish and white staff, couldn't stand nor walk. I was busy paying, cashier scanning my cards when I told her I'm leaving for the hospital, my grandson was getting worse, I left everything there, my clothing card and debit card, rushed out of her door alone shaking with a child rolling his eyes and not talking. i quickly put her at the back of the car with assistance of passer by as I was confused and not myself. i drove in that state continuously looking at the back seat, trying to wake him up by having a conversation with him. i got to ER at Job Tabane hospital, within 5 minutes from her, my car lights on, not stopping. HE was taken to resuscitation room, attended to by Doctors as emergency. HE was put there for observation, bloods taken, IV fluids given and some medications until discharged 11hrs later. 1. I went back to collect my staff and thatswhen supervisors of her told me they called me My phone was off 7. they called again the following week to check on how we doing 8. I'm not satisfied with the treatment given, what if my grandson died there? What then? His life was not valued, they nearly ****ed my grandson and not accounting 9. the family and myself esp her mom were very traumatised, 10. what if he died, I got involved in accident?
