4 weeks !!

Really I bought a cellphone on 14/02/2015 so then it broke I gave it in with jet Clearwater where I bought the phone and now im still waiting 4 weeks for it and everytime I go there they would say no it would be here next week and now 4 weeks later still waiting I spoke to the branch manager Vusi and he said it would be there last week the 11th of Nov 2015 and so I went there yesterday to pick it up he new I was going there so he took the day off to spen time with his family. they didn't even give me a phone in the meantime to use beause my phone that im using now is also broken they. there service is so bad they have attitude with me their service is ***!! im on the phone waiting for them to answer now im waiting for 15 min! Do something about this !! this is not acceptable really FFS !!!!
