2 weeks waiting

I have submitted insurance claim 2 weeks back and I was told that I will get it within 48 hours and they will call me. After 4 days, I went to the shop and i was told my documents were not sent and they will sent documents. After waiting for an hour, she told me system was unable to sent and I must check after 2 days. I went back on the 30 january 2015 again, I was told that still they cant send documents. they will call me. On the 2nd feb i went again and i was told that they have just sent document and I must check today 03 feb. Today I went there and she told me that documents were not sent yesterday, they have sent them today, I should not have come 2day. the lady was rude and told me that i should not come to the shop without been called. First they did not call me after that 48hrs. 2nd, 2 weeks is not 48hrs. What is wrong with jet mara.<br> <br>
