Contract lies

I app**** at the company for a customer care consultant position which the sent me emails stating that I have the job and they even called me congratulating me on the job. I was told that there will be training at night which they deal with American clients.

I had asked about the contract and they gave me a run around I attended training for three days after I was told that the client was not impressed if which I was confused cause they had told me I got the job. They took my banking details as well as SARS number and copy of my ID. They have not compensated me for the days I went there. I find them very unprofessional and not fair.
