Worst wifi provider in South Africa

If anyone is looking at a wifi provider DON'T sign up with Jennynet, it's the worst wifi in SA. Last year 2019 we had 68 days with no wifi connection and now in 2020 so far we are sitting at 56 days without wifi connection. Everytime we report it we never get an answer on the day but maybe in a day or so a reply and it's alway something on the lines of, bad weather, not enough sun to charge the solar panels or we can't get to the tower as it is raining. I would like a full refund for 4 months of no wifi and for lose of business, but this will not happen as the feeling is '' we don't care atitude'' from Jennynet.
