Worst wifi provider EVER!!!!!

Can't even describe the disappointment of their service. Have had no wifi for the last 3 days,submitted a query,still no wifi or call back. At least once a month they have to come and fix something that is broken. They damaged my tiles on my roof and still did not replace it. Wifi is constantly off. They are very easy to phone or to shut of the wifi when you are 1 day late with payment,but when you have issues they take days to respond.
