Worst service possible!

My wifi has been off since last Saturday. I had a connection on Wednesday and it dropped again on Thursday afternoon. Since then absolutely nothings. I've counted that I phoned them 37 times since last Saturday and absolutely no solution to the problem. Agents keeps telling me that the whole sector is off but it is impossible that it can't be fixed within a few days. The agents promise to phone back but nothing happens. This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced from any company. I will definitely cancel my subscription and won't recommend this company to anybody.
