Worst internet provider

I have asked and booked Jennis internet services to move my wifi to my new home. They are the worst service provider out there without a doubt. You have to make a booking for a certain date and then on the date, they only have excuses that everything else is more important and all of a sudden only have 1 team working which was never mentioned before and they don't care what so ever that your booking was n waste of time and that they will not be able to help you on the day you booked. Zero customer service or care for the customer. Been without wifi for 3 days now and they are so useless they don't even know when they will be able to help. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
