Worst Internet Ever with no fix

<p>Over a YEAR i have been struggling with this. ALMOST everyday i have the most unstable internet on the planet. My connection (ping) spikes from 10 to 3000 everytime. once it hit 3000 its stays for a few seconds, and then it repeats. I am in my room and get mixed bars, sometimes full, sometimes nothing , sometimes not even a connection and this all happens when my phone is in one place and not moving. I am so tired of calling of support and getting no help from their side, only that they are looking into the problem, but nothing happens after that. I have to say they where here for some repairs, but it was only temperary fixes. if i can get poper support i will consider giving 2 stars</p>
