VERY BAD SERVICE

My internet services was very slow or no services at all and I have students who study online,every day we receive a message that the network is down they are working on it,as soon as I cancel my service it works perfectly,now because I am cancelling they cut me off while the notice period is continuing until 31 May,I called more than 5 times no one is attending my calls,very unprofessional,I thought it’s network issues due to loadshedding but it’s just bad service that I received from them. Come uninstall your equipment maybe then you’ll call me back.I do not recommend them to anyone!!!
