Useless internet ever

My internet is not working and I called th several times they said they are working on it they will get back to me,they never did I had to call again they then said they can't fix the error they will send a technician tomorrow,tomorrow has passed with no technician no communication...called the technician countless times with no answer. I've called back Jenny they said they can't do anything I need to keep on trying the Technician. This is really annoying cause I can't submit my work as I'm working from now I'm regarded as absent from working and its not fair cause I pay for these services
