This is the most money wasted wifi ever, because most of the time the only thing your paying for is no connection or weak connection. And the excuses are always the wifi is being bottlenecked, or some other lame excuse. I would really not recommend this to anyone. Don't waste your money. Unless they are willing to do something about it and get a bit better, because really this is pathetic, not even FB wants to load properly, youtube lags. Really its starting to become a real problem now.
