The Best Home Wireless Available?

'The Best Home Wireless Available' is the tag line that greets one under the Home Wireless graphic, on the Jenny website. Please do not be fooled.

Without going into too much detail, since signing up with this provider, I have experienced excessive downtime, threats to have my service cut due to non-payment (they allocated my payment incorrectly), a struggle to get hold of support by phone, UPGRADING my package to a 'faster' one and actually worsening the wireless speed, leaving at least two 'call-back' requests which were never acted on and in general, getting a feeling that as long as this provider receives a full payment, they do not feel obliged to provide you with a full months wireless or at least a feeling that your business is of any value to them.

My only hope, as i shop around for a new wireless provider, is that there is no truth in Jenny's claim that they are 'the best home wireless available'.
