I had a delay with my connectiin with continiius lagging or buffering whikst streaming.

I contacted jenny and was greeted and assited by a very polite lovely staff member. They advised me of what could the cause be and solutiins to rectify my issues.

At no additional cost my system was changed up running on the same day and been 2 weekw now no hassles .
