Review 2 after 7 days of complaints

Day 7 with my complaint not being sorted, emails are ignored and I've phoned the agents twice to speak to the manager 2.5 hours later still nothing. Each team leader I speak to tells me to give them a few hours to sort it out and it's been days!

The worst company ever , with a bunch of ******. I recommend finding someone who gives there customers a proper service because these people don't give a damn!

Also please take note Jenny Internet that this is my second review on hello Peter with no outcome and I will continue to flood it with reviews and stars of pathetic service until my service is sorted.

Your company is a joke!!!!
