Real slow for supposed super fast

I keep on calling the support line regarding speed issues. I can not even stream anymore without buffering. The support line keeps saying we will fix the problem but nothing happens. The ping and jitter is off the charts and my kid can crawl faster than the download from jenny. It seems the time has come to find myself a new provider
