Poor service till today not sorted

I'm struggling from the 20th july with you guys my internet is off every night from 8oclock at night till next morning at eight still going off today is the 6th off August off again going on spoke to every person in that apartment all got excuses or they don't want to help you struggle now for how long to speak to a manager don't want to put me thru to a manager I'm realy tired off all the excuses you people got i must phone everyday to find out what's going on not one person called me back for any updates on my problem don't want to sort out my problem a simple thing they cant even do that worst service i ever got really people is their someone that can sort out my problem i want a manager to phone me code ***6 jan
