Poor service

Poor service from them..its been long time now and every night the internet is off..you can whatsup and call and then they give some lame excuse. And they expect a full payment but I dont get what i pay for. Im getting fed up now. And its not just me, the whole area is down. I will not recommend them for great service. Very unhappy client.
