Pay back the money!

I took out a plan with Jenny's and the WiFi was always not working, notified them they did send a company to come and do an evaluation but things didn't get better. Lockdown happened and their subcontractor came in the 1st of April to remove their equipment which I'm still paying for to date. Spoke to some agents and no resolution has come, they offer nothing but empty promises.
