Pathetic Service

I have since joining them last year had very poor service, connectivity was down way more than what it was up. The excuse always the power, but in their sale of the service they promised that all towers are equipted with UPS or some kind of backup power. After threatening to cancel the service they made a plan on the tower where my access connect into to make good on their promise. For about a month now things looked like it's improving but then yesterday afternoon the service went down again. i reported it and no feedback. This morning at 06:00 I logged another call and no feedback again. I called them numerious times and the few times that they did bother to answer the excuse was no power at the tower. I live in the area and know that here are no power issues. This is the most pathetic ISP, never before I had this much issues with previous ISP's.
