NOT RECOMMENDED, poor client service

We moved to Randburg from Potchefstroom keeping the same account. It's been almost 3 weeks and our internet connection has still not been set up. They sent out a sub-contractor from Warcom who was unfami**** with Jenny's systems/equipment and could not get us connected. We're still paying for service and have to revert to expensive mobile data to run our photography business. When I phone in I get positive feedback but then nobody reverts back or updates me on the situation.
