No support for never ending problem.
I am completely and utterly dissatisfied with the support I am receiving from this company. For the past 2 and a half months I have experienced packet loss well in the 7 - 15% margin, and by the time of writing this review i am receiving about 10% packet loss. And every single time I phone or e-mail Jenny internet, I get absolutely no feedback and have to constantly hound and phone to find out about progress, I even once stayed on the phone to get an answer but to no avail I was PROMISED to be phoned back and to no surprise I was not given a phone call back. This is completely ********* for a company to have a customer support department just to leave a person with empty promises.

Apologies that your issue has still not been resolved yet. We have everybody working really hard to get it resolved.
Please take note:
1) That the packet loss you are experiencing is not on the Jenny network but outside our network. This means it is not under our control.
2) The Internet is ultimately run by community and normally even finding your counterpart at another network to help and resolve a issue is a struggle.
3) After you have identified and reached your counterpart there is normally a communication barrier that needs to be overcome as well.
4) Finally after all the above is satisfied are we able to try and convince them to resolve the issue. The issue might have a financial implications for them and needs to be approved by their management etc.
As you can see your problem is a complex problem involving numerous people on different continents, speaking different languages and having no obligation to help each other. We have committed to help and try resolve the issue. Please allow us more time in order to resolve issue.
