Most unrelaible isp to date

Know I dont know if it is just a local problem or the company in it self but im struggeling with jenny since I got it I pay for a 4-8 mb line and from the beginning the most I get is 2-3 mb download en 0.9mb upload if I am lucky if the internet is working streaming is bad and online gaming is a no go. Like I said I dont know but really Jenny you Should better control you resellers en installers because they do sloppy work at home and on their towers and the clients suffer
