Jenny very bad service

Please be aware of this company. My account gets debited every month for my monthly payment, but the support and technical team is utterly useless. I have been having problems for the past 8 to 9 months with the line coming in it works for a week then we have endless problems for the next week, and so it has been going on. There is just no capable person from Jenny's side to assist us with this ongoing problem.

Hi Amanda thank you for your concern and feedback.
Please take note that I still have not received any feedback from Jenny Internet regarding my problem.
And the problem is still persisting I am really fed up please assist.
