Jenny Internet Sucks!!!
<p>We have been using Jenny Internet for just over 2 years now, and their internet is never consistant I get frequent latency problems, disconnects, and speed drops. I do game a lot and when it does work it's really good but most of the time it's terrible with latency too high and inconsistant to play, as for speeds and disconnects doing things online can get a bit frustrating to say the very least. I have called them countless times to try fix these problems, sometimes they get things fixed but only for a short period of time and then it doesn't work again. I don't recommend Jenny Internet as an ISP, their customer service is nice they really do try help you but in the long run nothing they do helps. The only reason we're still with them is that they are the only isp in the area that gives us enough data to use -.- .</p>
Sigh, you contacted us about the problem and said you'd send a senior technician that never happened. We have been told in previous calls with support and with a technician that it could be the dish, so we got a new dish and there is a bit of improvement with speed but it still drops; ping is still high and inconsistant with packet loss. Could you please further look into your servers or the tower or something then give us a call, I'm getting really annoyed with there being no fix to these problems -.- .

I would just like to know if you have looked into this, speeds seem good but packet loss and pings are still bad ? :l

Internet is back to being sht again, I don't get why my internet with Jenny is always so inconsistant what the hell is wrong with it. I speak to support they try fix it and it never really gets fixed what is going on. Please try fix this once and for all, if it gets fixed I'm more than happy to change my review rating as I'm happy with it when it works.
