JENNY INTERNET "NO-GO"

Jenny Internet, what a disgrace. And do not reply to my post and say you will look into it as this is all empty promises. In 3 months I had 2 weeks internet. I keep on paying as a true client and never miss a payment. You can't even just physically send someone and sort me out. This is my only means of entertainment. IF THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A COMPANY RATHER CLOSE DOWN AND LET ANOTHER COMPANY STEP UP THAT WANT TO DO BUSINESS

My last ticket that "was resolved" according to you guys: Ticket *** has been resolved.

My internet was never resolved and still is not resolved.
