Jenny Internet is useless

Utterly useless customer services and service itsself ...always have constant problems of our upload not being better than 60kbps but when phone they always tell you we will phone you back but end up never phoning back and always saying "oh we see the line is a bit slow" (A BIT SLOW ...THEN YOUR ARE BLIND) its not slow its unusable and we pay for peanuts bcoz nothing happens with them ...they never deliver and we have to deal with all the unprofessional people at the desks and on the phones when we could be speaking ro people who might actually help instead of being money hungry for each call and each complaint of ****ty services ...fix your wifi and learn to do your job right or resign and get peopl working who actually want to help
