Jenny internet failure
Service on and off since 7 days ago with no explanation or apology. It seems like Volksrust is not an important center for Jenny wireless internet as the customer service is non existent. Impossible do do any meaning full work for the last week. Only get promises but no service.

However I am sure my "suspect equipment" will mysteriously fix itself once your system has been restored and your defective equipment fixed. Bad service impacts a major portion of your current customers in Volksrust. Please come clean with the truth.
