As much as Jenny Tech Support is the best service in this country, the Billing department will try and ***** you! Disgraceful!
It took the entire day for them to 'find' my payment made on 30 April!
And unconscionably rude. Nkosi, you tried, bless you. You were kind and tried to help.
Cordelia? You, not so much.
