ITS BEEN 9 DAYS SINCE I PAYED AND STILL NO INSTALLITON

I been waiting for nearly 9 days to just get installed and it seems its going to take another week. they keep ignoring calls sending me to the technicians line who never answer. WORST SERVICE EVER. They have a million excuse on why its not here yet but they wont even give me a date/time They said its was coming Tuesday never CAME they said wensday 11:00 CAME WITH THE WRONG EQUIPMENT Thursday 7:00 THEY NEVER CAME NEVER USE JENNY Horrible SERVICE.
