Impossible to cancel a contract

So disappointing service. It's been days that we are trying to cancel our subscription with Jenny. Logging calls, been sent from one department to the other with absolutely no luck. Every time I get told Jenny will send a cancelation form but I never received it. I confirmed my email adress everytime but to no avail.Jenny is very quick to take the debit order but seems impossible to cancel your contract. Two months later and still no luck. REALLY DISAPPOINTING.
