Helpful but Head Office should step up with customer services.

I was really satisfied with the branch in my town that helped me with the installation, they were fast, friendly and helpful with all questions that I had. You lost me at head office, although the lady helping me was friendly but it really took long for the invoice after I signed a contract, Just step up on your customer service, friendly means nothing if everything else takes long. Thanx to the guys in Rustenburg, you were stars.
