Geat service from support center.
Was assisted by Justin after a misinterpretation of a reply to the query. Case was resolved instantaneously with no hoohaas or hiccups! Justin called me back so the call was on them as well. I really have overall great service from Jenny although communication in other areas can really improve. Thank you Justin for your speedy & thorough assistance. Been with Jenny for almost 1years now! Happy as ever!

11 Mar 2025, 08:18I need to add that the Manager Dries, has ALWAYS been ready to help solve my issues regardless of the time and I have made contact at odd hours! He has NEVER said NO or call me later! Dries makes a point of getting things done. So Thank You Dries, you sure have a mean team working for you, thank you for your dedicated support at ALL times. Not even our installer has helped me EVER!
