Fed up and frustrated

Been on calls with support agents for the 10 days yet my problem has not been resolved, they opened a ticket for a call out stating problems with alignment on my side but when the guy came out no problem was found. Support agent said problem with high site(tower) will be resolved Friday nothing has been done other than dealing with slow connection or no connection I had to deal with a rude support agent, promises of a supervisor calling me, and promises of this issue being resolved by a certain time none of these promises was kept so I'm a fed up paying customer who also brought in 4 customers for the short period I'm with this isp if this matter is not resolved you will lose 5 customers most definitely
