Extremely Unprofessional Service Jenny Internet
I app**** for an internet installation with Jenny Internet on 3 March 2026 after moving to a new area. As a remote worker, I rely heavily on a stable internet connection to do my job, so this service is extremely important. Customers are informed that installations normally take 24 to 48 hours, yet it has now been a full week and there has still been no installation.
According to the agent, they attempted to contact me on 6 March 2026, which is already more than 48 hours after my application was submitted. However, there is no missed call on my phone to support this claim. I then received a message stating that the installation would take place on 9 March 2026, but today is 10 March 2026 and no technician arrived and no one contacted me to explain the delay.
The level of poor communication, lack of urgency, and unprofessional service from Jenny Internet is extremely disappointing. Customers should not be left waiting indefinitely, especially when they rely on internet access for work.
This entire experience has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. At this point, the service from Jenny Internet can only be described as atrocious.

That response clearly shows how little you actually know about what is happening on the ground. This matter has NOT been sorted out at all.
Yes, your technicians eventually came out, but they arrived with an extremely poor and unprofessional attitude. Even worse, the Wi-Fi is still not installed or operational, meaning I am still without the service I app**** and paid for.
Your technicians themselves could not even give a consistent explanation for why the installation could not be completed. First, they claimed the issue was a tree branch. I then went through the trouble of getting permission from the property owner for the branch to be cut, which was done immediately. After that, I was told it is no longer the branch causing the problem.
When I pointed out that my neighbour is using the exact same service provider without issue, the explanation suddenly changed again. I was told that my neighbour also had issues. When I suggested that you simply install the service and resolve it the same way you allegedly resolved my neighbour’s installation, I was then told that you cannot do that because “management is different.”
How does a company like Jenny Internet use installation teams that are this unprofessional, inconsistent, and clearly lacking the necessary technical skills to perform a basic installation?
Your communication claiming the matter has been resolved is completely inaccurate and misleading.
I am a remote worker and depend on internet access to do my job, and this ongoing failure to install the service is directly affecting my ability to work and earn an income. This situation is beyond frustrating and is becoming completely unacceptable.
Before sending messages claiming issues are resolved, perhaps your company should first ensure that the service has actually been installed and is working.
At this point, the handling of this entire matter reflects extremely poor service, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.

Your case is being escalated as a priority for immediate review by management to ensure a clear resolution path is established and communicated to you without further confusion or delay
