Jenny Hartswater are totally unreliable! Our internet are extremely slow, or don't exist at all. We tried to get hold of Jaco for several months now - with no success. We even reported the bad support at Jenny Headoffice... no results either! Last week Jaco came to our house at last - he told me that there mññ⁹he dish needs to be upgraded as ours is too old. He told me that when we cut the branch, I should contact him and he will respond immediately. Today I tried to contact Jaco several times, but he did not answer his phone and he don't even read his Whatsapp messages. What should we do to get any reaction? We need internet!!!
