Brutal throttling!
What ISP throttles YOU FROM 4MEG DOWN TO ****bs....well thats jenny for you....thts not throttling thats just being BRUTAL!....not even 1.5mbps but ****bs....yep! but i dont blame u jenny...i should have done my research before i moved to you guys from my previous who i realy miss ryt now....****bs??? u shouldnt call your product uncapped because once yo throttle back to ****bs its un'usable u have capped than user from using the internet...1.5meg thts throttling 0-****bs thats taking ur internet back....
