Bad workmenship .

Worse workmenship one can get . Broken stableliser cable on my roof that keep a 6 m long pole on my roof . Pole is moving sideways . Jenny internet expect me to pay call out fees for there bad workmenship . Wall was damaged when they installed the internet and to date no one has responded to any of my complaints.

As per my conversation on 01/06/2023 witch myself and agent both confirmed that both parties is recording my call.

I clearly stated that I will keep Jenny Internet liable should the 6 meter pole fall and damage my property or hurt anyone.

Please think twice before getting jenny internet as there after service is horrible.
