Bad Service provider

I don't understand why we need to put up with a service provider that does not meet the grade as does Jenny Internet in Midrand they are an internet service provider that has give the lowest price for a service and now can't handle the influx of data that is being streamed through there servers.<br> If a service provider doesn't have the capacity to handle the expected transfer rate they should be removed and black listed from selling any further service to the public
