Bad service and bad internet

<p>Ever since from the begining of the year ive got nothing but trouble with this internet company. and each time i call the support line they do nothing but ask the same question over and over again. Not a day goes by that this internet does not give me any problems, and since their client support are useless, my hand are cut off. BUT they finaly installed new equipment after almost a year of struggling, but 5 days later the internet starts to bug out again, every few minutes the internet automaticly shutsdown, OR the internet is extremely slow. but i have found a way to get one of their personal techinitions that actually do his job, but the problem is he cant always help. So my advice do not support this internet servive provider, you wil get nothing but problems.</p>
