Bad service

Hope all is well. We have wi-fi at our student houses in Potch since 2017. As landlords our biggest problem is Pierre Cloete. He is up to no good.You can send querries to him and he just does not answer.I am still waiting for feedback since 02/05/2019 ,i am not talking of 2017 unanswered emails.He did install routers for some students and promised us that we will get 10% from the debitorder amount.Up till now nothing and I have an email where it has been confirmed.Those students are ***gy back on our line and we did pay for the installation. It seems also that every one who is having a router do not pay the same amount now they are querring us. I do not want any phone calls from he,because he is a "ja=broer" .I need him to answer my mails,that I have it in writing
