Bad internet and even worse service

I have been with Jenny Internet for the past year. Throughout this time I have been experiencing extremely low internet speeds although I have one of their faster lines. I am suppose to have download speeds of between 12mb and 15mb but I am only getting 2mb. I have phoned the numerous times over the past year and even spoke with one of their managers, nobody is helping me to get this corrected and everytime they just have a new excuse or that they will phone me back which never happens. I am tired of paying a lot of money for nothing. Stay away from Jenny Internet
