@mobile comptech / Jenny Internet

Its been 2 months now and all we are getting is.... The Tec department are working on the problem. Every time we log a call promises are made that we will be called back, and nothing. But come end of the month full payment goes from my bank account. I am sick of hearing we will come back to you. Now they are passing the problem @mobile Comptech say it Jenny Internet - Jenny Internet say its @mobile comptech. I wonder what will happen it i send a sms and say sorry my tec department is working on the payment we will contact you!!!!! The service is ***! Sort the problem out!!! I don't care were the problem are, I am paying for service I don't have.
