Absolutely terrible

The technician in our area is absolutely great, and deserves better. When it works(and it rarely does), your latency is higher than average, it rubberbands in games like crazy, the speed is rarely what you pay for, getting an Open NAT type is basically impossible. I can't urge you enough to stay away.
