Unhappy customer

My experience with Jena & Sons Group has been the worst. They are unprofessional and a ****. Not to mention the rudeness of the gentleman that I have been corresponding with. I paid for two pea**** wall unit last year in March 2022 to date they have not come to install them. I went as far as making several follow ups and requested for refund and still nothing was done or even tried getting back to me.

This is not true as material was delivered at your house but there was no proper arrangement from your side for the workers to come work.Sometimes they come and wait and noone  to open when it’s late.However you have received a delivery

@Hellopeter, I really appreciate this platform because all of a sudden I get their attention and response. There has never been a time where your people came to my place. It’s not surprising to see that it took you 1 year 8 months to now allege that you came.

Please also share the video of the days you came and did not find anyone, I will share the voice notes and the correspondence. You delivered some of the material after months and not all material. All I need is my money back or you come and install what I paid for. I am even ashamed to mention that you knew all along that you haven’t installed my wall units and both from such a big company is done let alone are you remorseful.
