Refund back my money
I tend to differ with Jena & Sons review, too many people are not happy with Jena and Facebook comments are deleted. His unrealiable and regret making business with him. Initially was very skeptical and wish I followed my instinct.
I made a payment to Jena & Sons on the 28.05.2022 for a High gloss bottom unit, Marble back board TV wall unit. Jena promised to deliver on the 9th. 06.2022 however delivered on the 14.06 at 05h30am. and short wrong material was delivered. Call him , he was very arrogant and I told him that I'm no longer trusting him and asked for a refund.
He promised to process a refund within 5 - 6 days which was supposed to be in my account by the 22.06.22 ,even to this day I'm still waiting for my refund.
Jena & Sons I worked very hard for that money , you have my Account details , refund back my money.

02 Aug 2022, 15:16Thanks you for saying that we have delivered and your delivery was missed only 1night.We have delivered material in your home and you are sitting on it it’s there in your property.What you did was to actually change things when people arrived at site.You gave us a picture with a Congo board and we delivered exactly that and when it got there you said that’s a wrong board.We even offered to bring colour alternatives but you refused to meet our guys.As for deleting comments please bring the proof of deleted comments to our admin.We are a fair organisation and whenever there’s a problem we resolve it with our clients.It’s unfortunate that you are one of them that we failed to deal with
