Paid and no work done

I made a payment on March 28 after agreeing on a price and a timeline. However, the timeline was changed, and since then, I’ve faced numerous excuses for delays. After making the payment, I’ve had to continually follow up, and he has consistently provided dates that he has failed to meet.

I want to make it clear that I have all the communication documented, including photos, and I am more than willing to share this evidence. I even reached out to propose a new timeline during school holidays in June, but once again, he did not fulfill his commitment.

Taking people money is theft without proving the service you promised is ******** behaviour even if you are well established company. Building company on taking people money without proving a service… shame on you.
